Get started with MaxLove Connect
Joining MaxLove Connect is a brief but multi-step process. This is to ensure the safety and security of our private community.

Request to join.
When you request to join you’ll be asked to answer a number of verification questions. Please respond clearly and thoroughly. This is to help our team verify your identity and keep our community safe and protected for childhood cancer & pediatric rare disease families only. Please note we also have a space in ML Connect for provider advocates.

Await invitation from our team.
Once you submit the answers to the questions we ask, our team will receive a notification and, from there, we’ll assess the responses. If we have any questions we’ll reach out to you directly via email. Otherwise, we’ll approve of your request and you’ll receive an invitation to join the platform.

Accept invite and finalize login.
Once you receive our invitation you’ll be asked to create a login and password. Please use your primary email address in order to receive our communications. Also, please don’t use the “one click” login function as it doesn’t work for our private community. Once you’re in, be sure to download the app to your phone for easy access.

What devices can be used to access MaxLove Connect?
MaxLove Connect is available in iOS and Android for phones, tablets, etc. and is also available on the desktop via www.maxloveconnect.org.
